Florence Hotel.

In looking for hotels in Florence, Italy, I came across the most stunning hotel -- JK Place Firenze.  There is rarely a time when I say I would love for my home to look like a hotel, but this is one of them (and so is the place we are staying in Paris!!).

Every space in this hotel is absolutely beautiful.

Fabulous, right?

Sadly, we won't be staying there.  Besides the hotel being out of our budget, we recently made the decision to cut Florence out of our itinerary because our schedule was just too rushed.  It wasn't easy to do, but we will just have to go back another time (and maybe then we can stay at JK Place)!

Hope y'all had a wonderful weekend!

What a beautiful hotel! It would feel like being at home rather than staying in a hotel room.

What a great find!!! Florence is a magical city. You'll have to carve out time for another vacation exclusively for Florence and you can explore the rest of Tuscany as well. So jealous of your trip! Can't wait for pics.

I wouldn't worry too much about Florence. Other than the Duomo and David, there isn't much there. Or, at least I wasn't overly impressed. I think you'll enjoy the Cinque Terre much more. At least my favorites are Rome, CT, Paris (even after living in Europe for 5 years!). The hotel does look fabulous though.

Good gosh, woman! You were right about that being fabuloso....I could get mighty comfy in that bed (c: Bummer about cutting out Florence, but I definitely agree that it's worse to rush the trip than to cut something out. But any hotel that can incorporate zebra into their design is going to be a fave (c:

Ooooh, I concur! Where are you staying in Paris? We might go for Thanksgiving but we don't have a hotel yet (or flights, ha ha).

I need to book a trip to Florence stat! This hotel is gorgeous - it actually looks more like a home than a hotel. There's so many great architectural details, like the wainscoting and coffered ceiling. And you can't go wrong with zebra print :-)

This hotel looks amazing! We'll be stopping in Florence as part of our Med cruise next week. We've been once before and it's such a pretty place - you really must go sometime. :)

It's so hard to cut an itinerary...you want to see as much as possible while you're there. But in the end, your trip will be better if you can really soak it in instead of rushing from place to place.

I've gotten some great inspiration for my house from some of the fantastic hotels we've stayed in over the years. I think if I stayed at this one, I'd have just as many pictures of the hotel as I would of my actual vacation :)
