I love it against the darker wall color. It really just shines in there. I may have to turn the couch around so I can sit and stare at the painting instead of facing the TV!
The colors and movement of the painting are simply stunning. I love the gold streaks in it that shimmer. When I received it in the mail, that was the first thing I noticed.
It's definitely my favorite part of the room now.

No cookies?! Tell that husband of yours to get baking! Looks great. I think art is such a great investment, whether or not the artist ever "becomes" anyone, it gives you such great feelings. That is such a happy painting and it really pops against the dark wall. Good placement.
It looks great in your space. Jen is certainly a great artist and everything she does she puts her heart into it.

The paintings she does are fabulous but I don't think the size of that one is best for that wall. It's a little small in proportion to the rest of the room.
