It's Raining, It's Pouring.
We finally got some rain today! It was wonderful waking up this morning to the sound of rain (and thunder and lightning). I almost forgot what it was like, it's been so long. We got 3 inches of rain, which is the most it's rained in a single day since July 2, 2010!

I love rain too. Makes for a perfect lazy day. Our rainy season doesn't start until Jan.
ReplyDeleteI love hearing the rain at night. Here in Sydney it has just remained stubbornly cold when we are all impatiently waiting for beach weather.

There is nothing better than the sound of rain and the smell of a good storm (c: Sitting on your porch with hot chocolate, a blanket, and your sweetie when it's raining is pretty much heaven on Earth...speaking of heaven on Earth, my kiddos were visiting Grandma this weekend, SCORE! I got to sleep in...that in and of itself is AWESOME.
