It all started back in October when we were in San Francisco and I came across the Yarbie Bangle Boutique. They have gorgeous bangles wrapped in cashmere, silk, tweed, etc.
I ended up getting this variety, but plan to add some additional ones to my Christmas list.
Since then, I have been seeing all kinds of yarn-wrapped things that I am loving. Like this wreath from take heart (found via Nuestra Vida Dulce).

And last but not least, yarn-wrapped frames from Centsational Girl.

ReplyDeleteOOOH! Thank you for the idea! I'm working on my gallery wall right now, and I have a very plain Jane letter C I'm putting up, and I was contemplating gluing some fabric to it, but I think there will be some yarn on it now. (I also screwed up painting one of the frames...maybe I can save it with yarn :-)
ReplyDeleteI share the same obsession :) I covered some syrofoam balls with pretty moss green yarn the other day. I have no idea what I will do with them now though!
ReplyDeleteMakes me feel all warm and fuzzy! I saw this one too that you might like
